As reported, on Fox News, Wednesday, March 11, 2009, Citi-Bank, Bank America, and J.P. Morgan, are sending billions of taxpayer, stimulus dollars to China, Dubai, and India. Billions of dollars, earmarked by the current administration, to increase the flow of credit in the United States.
How is it that these, supposedly, "smarter-than the-rest-of-us," members of Congress and President of the United States, allocated billions of dollars to U.S. corporations, without stipulations as to how the money should be spent, in writing!?
