93-Year-Old Veteran Freezes To Death

Did you hear about the poor fellow in Michigan who froze in his home because his energy provider terminated his service? He was a veteran of WWII. He had clipped some money to the utility bill, lying on his kitchen table, with intent of paying it. If I were in charge of dispensing judgment upon the people responsible for this poor gentleman's death and if I were I chosen to decide the appropriate punishment for same, this is what I'd do, for a starter. I would have them all placed in the home of the veteran. The power would be suspended and the house would have no heat for 60 days.
